I don't really know what to believe or id they are true, how likely are they to be carried out? For instance, there are stories in the anti-global part of the internet, that claims China has horrible plans for the US, one being wiping out a 2/3rds of the population. Anyway, of course, some jerks in China are mean and say stuff like that. It would be like certain American generals suggesting wiping out most of the middle east.
