In all honesty..it's the same. The only difference I'd say is you're running indoors and the other is you're running outdoors and of course the difference of impact landing on your joints. But all in all, running is running at the end of the day
I like to run but I prefer outside running over all other forms of exercise. The natural environment and exposure to fresh air and changing views helps me stay excited and driven during exercise.
